Bletchley & District Swimming Club have hit the ground running coming a comfortable 3rd place at the first round of the Chiltern Swimming League 2023. With Head coach’s eyes set on finishing 5th or better overall, he knew this first round is key. Standing in the way of Bletchley & District, the team would first be up against the likes of last year's Champions - Bourne End SC, with tough opponents Flitwick Dolphins Swimming Club and Aylesbury & District Swimming Club. 31 swimmers represented Team Bletchley & District, our strongest...

Another great experience for our Bletchley & District Swimmers at the 2022 Flitwick Swimming Club Open Meet held at Saxon Pool, Biggleswade. Some great swimming and learning opportunities made, some were so close to getting a medal, and a couple of our swimmers gained some more County Championship Qualifying times!!! With many more open meets and galas still to come, head over to the Fixtures webpage to have a look.

1st and 2nd October brought us the weekend of the Maxwell Open Meet held at Aqua Vale Leisure Centre, Aylesbury. Possibly one of the fastest 25m (Short-course) pools in the area because it certainly helped our swimmers smash their Personal Bests. A huge well done to our swimmers on entering. And for some, it was their first every experience of entering an open meet with elite swimmers. The next Open Meet to look out for is the Putteridge, and the Linslade Open Meet held in November. Check out our fixtures...

For some, it was their first ever experience of racing! Every swimmer achieved at least 1 Personal Best with a couple of swimmers achieving their first lot of County Qualifying times! The swimmers and parents thoroughly enjoyed the experience with many Dunstable and Bletchley Swimmers becoming new friends. The next 'DUEL IN THE POOL' is going to take place...

Another great night at the final round of the Chiltern League 2022. With low numbers, and with the help of a celebrity swimmer, the team came a resounding 2nd place. Tonnes of Personal Bests yet again, and only 1 DQ. What an achievement! Made all the difference and enabled us to overtake Flitwick Swimming Club - a club with county regional swimmers! This beat our target finishing 7th in the final standings. POSITION CLUB Points FIRST BOURNE END 566 SECOND LINSLADE CRUSADERS 539 THIRD WITNEY & DISTRICT 519 FOURTH AYLESBURY...

bletchley & district's first gala in two years takes a solid fourth place! After two solid years in waiting, what a night it was at the first Chiltern League of 2022. The team walked on poolside against some tough competition consisting of Leighton Buzzard Swimming Club, Linslade Crusaders, Flitwick Dolphins, Aylesbury and District, and Henley. With these teams made up of many county and regional swimmers, bletchley & district were not going to be put off at all. With some pet talk and guidance from Head Coach and the Team...
