Training Equipment
There is a variety of swimming kit and swimming aids that a swimmer may require. Below is a list of essential kit, the kit required by a swimmer when training and the kit required when attending galas.
Core essential kit
- 2 swimming costumes
- water bottle
- 2 pairs of goggles
- swimming hat
- swimming bag
- towel
Also pool footwear is recommended (flipflops/sliders)
Training equipment
To aid swimmers in their training, they are required to have the following additional training equipment based on their squad group. If you have any questions regarding usage of the equipment, please speak to your coach.

Kit for Galas (including RRSC Branded Kit)
Poolside clothing: Club kit such as t-shirts, tracksuits and hoodies are ideal in order to keep warm. Two towels, drink bottles and the club swim hat.

Note, the Swimzi shop is opened several times a year so that kit can be ordered in batches. When it is opened, a notification will be sent out to the whole club.
