We are accepting enquiries for experienced swimmers - Developing through to Performance.
PLEASE NOTE ALL ENQUIRIES under 18 years ARE ASKED TO COMPLETE THE ENQUIRY FORM - sending an email or using "contact us" on the home page will not accelerate the joining process - once a volunteer reads your email they will ask you to complete the form.
UPDATE 1 July 2025 - whilst we are accepting enquiries over the summer, only Performance swimmers will be offered an trial prior to September as our Development and other squads are on summer break from 13 July. We will contact you when we are next able to offer assessments for Development.
Performance/Competitive Swimmers (Swim England Registered Club Transfers)
We'd be happy to hear from Performance and Competitive swimmers (Swim England registered club transfers - not school squads or swim school club squads) with published and verifiable county, regional or national times in licensed meets. Please fill in the following form and we will contact you for a trial.
Age 13+ - Competent swimmers working towards competitive swimming (Club Squad)
We have limited places for experienced swimmers, aged 13 & over, who may want to start their competitive swimming journey in our Club Squad - Note these are not swimming lessons but squad training sessions.
Age 6 - 12 - Swimmers with legal and efficient strokes aiming for competitve swimming (Development Squads)
Children ages 6 - 12 looking to progress to competitive swimming and able to demonstrate the following in an assessment with our head coach: At minimum, 25 meters of the following:
- front crawl with correct body position, arm and leg action and regular breathing to the side (no lifting of the head)
- backstroke with good body position, correct leg action and hand entry & straight arm recovery
- breaststroke with correct arm action and breathing timing and a legal (symmetrical) leg kick
- 10 meters butterfly with dolphin kick, symmetrical arms over and under the water and an understanding of butterfly breathing
TSC assessment will be checking that strokes are "performed to Swim England expected standards"
At some swim schools (not all), this might equate to completion of the following:

You should receive an email copy of your enquiry form. We will let you know if your swimmer does not yet qualify for a trial/assessment for one of our programs. If you don't hear from us but have received a copy of the form, you can assume your swimmer has been placed on the appropriate waitlist. We will advise the next steps and if you are unsure of your child's level, please fill in the form and we will contact you to discuss further.
