Events will include 50s, 100, and 200s of every stroke & Medley, plus 400m Freestyle & Medley.Poolside entry from midday each day. Once again we will run with a warm down pool and ever-popular hot heats.
Spectator Tickets: £8 per session, £10 per day. These can be purchased in advance using the link below or on the day. Bring card/cash please (card is preferred but wi-fi dependent).
Meet Information
- Swimmer arrival from 12:00pm please report to your Club Team Manager or Coach, PLEASE NOTE SWIMMERS WILL BE HELD IN THE CHANGING ROOMS UNTIL POOLSIDE IS READY – Poolside Access from 12:30pm each day
- As per conditions the Gala is SIGN OUT. For any withdrawals, please complete this Event Request Form by 9:00pm Friday 12 December. On the day withdrawals should be requested 15 minutes before the start of warm up to the Recorders (behind the starter).
- Bring £1 for a locker - no bags poolside – nb the centre also has personal padlock lockers.
- Photography is only allowed from the spectator balcony (unless agreed in advance with the promoter. A pass will be issued if request is granted.)

SPACE UPDATE
We have very limited spaces for individual entries. Please complete the individual entry form and email it to [email protected]. We will then check if there are spaces available for the events you requested.

Individual entries will be accepted on a first submitted, first allocated basis, via submission of the form to [email protected]. Please note that these entries will incur an administration fee of £7 per competitor.
A poolside pass can be requested for an accredited Team Manager or Coach via the Poolside Pass form & payment of the daily fee. Please use the form below to request a pass.

Poolside Pass application
Everyone who needs a poolside pass will need to apply for the poolside accreditation using the Free SE DBS,Safeguarding, qualification check (swimmingresults.org).
A printout or a scan of the accreditation on a mobile device will need to be shown before the poolside pass is issued. No one will be allowed on poolside without a pass.
