A Performance Management Group provides a forum in which the strategic partners meet to reflect on the progress of the programme and provide support and leadership where required.

The day-to-day conduct of the Club element of the programme is overseen by a volunteer Management Committee, supported largely by the parents of swimmers who have come from the affiliated swimming clubs.

In line with guidance from Scottish Swimming, the Club maintains a range of policies and procedures that are agreed and reviewed by the Club's  committee. Queries about any of the policies or procedures should be directed, in the first instance, to the Club Secretary. Please note that these should not be confused with any similar policies or procedures maintained by the University of Aberdeen.

The Club was awarded Scottish Swimming AquaMark Level 1 accreditation on the 21st Ferbruary 2024. The club is currently working towards levels 2 and 3.
