In order to speak to one of the coaches, please follow the process below.

If the issue is something very quick to deal with, you may be able to talk to one of the coaches at the transfer time between squads, prior to your childs session, please wait at the door to the pool/changing village and ask one of the coaches if they have time to speak to you.  If the coach has time they may be able to answer any quick questions.  Please remember that the coaches are responsible for the coaching and safety of the swimmers actually in the pool at this time and this is their priority and therefore cannot spend too long in discussions with parents.

Coaches are not obliged to stay beyond their paid working hours, so are unable to have meetings at the end of training for the day.

If a parent wishes to discuss anything at length, they will need to make an appointment to see the Head Coach usually between

4.30 pm - 5.30 pm on a weekday.
