Sunday 21st May 2026 at the Rainbow Centre for members of Seahorses Swim School (EDSC)

Part 1 4.30-6pm for Beginners, Improver 1, 2, 3 and 4

Widths races

Part 2 6pm-7.30pm for the hour classes of Development Squads and Junior Squads

Races of 25m or 50m Backstroke ,Breaststroke, Frontcrawl and butterfly (dependent upon time and numbers of swimmers entered)

All will receive a medal. Cost to take part is £5. Sign-up wil open Friday 8th May.
