THE DEVELOPMENT HIVE:

COMPETITION BRONZE

Talent spotted seahorse swimmers and aspiring competitive swimmers.  90% attendance & good attitude. Max age 11

COMPETITION SILVER

Swimmers developing competitive skill set,  mastering competitive skills & technique, with a willing to keep improving. Attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected).  90% attendance & good attitude.  Max age 12

COMPETITION GOLD

Swimmers moving towards performance pathway, within surrey county consideration times. Attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected). 90% attendance & good attitude. Max age 13

MULTI-SPORTS

Swimmers who enjoy competitive swimming but have other no.1 sports e.g. tri-athlon. 90% attendance & good attitude. Attend all at least one meet a quarter. Max age 18

THE PERFORMANCE HIVE:

 

PERFORMANCE DEVELOPMENT

Swimmers who are on competitive pathway with high performance potential - within county times and still developing skill and speed. Attend all required competition meets. Attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected). 

90% attendance & good attitude. Min age 12

PERFORMANCE PATHWAY

Swimmers who are on county pathway and achieving Surrey County consideration times and aiming for regional qualifications. Attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected). 90% attendance & good attitude. Max age 16

HIGH PERFORMANCE

Swimmers who are on competitive pathway and achieving Southeast England Regional consideration times and aspiring National pathway. Attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected).  90% attendance & good attitude. No max age

UNIVERSITY

Ex-Performance / Performance Development swimmers who have left to go to university but are still part of EDSC and will attend all team competition events (eg AL, relays, etc if selected).
