Squad Structure
Commencing Autumn term 2018 (Monday 3rd September)
The Club operates a total of nine swimming squads.
Below is structure of the swimming squads.

These swimmers will be working on improving skills and will be gaining experience of competing |

| Competition |
All swimmers will be competing regularly and working hard to achieve PB's. Younger swimmers in this group may have County consideration or qualification times |

These swimmers will have or be working to achieve County consideration or qualification times |

These swimmers will have or be working to achieve Regional times in the next 12 months |

| Fitness |
Swimmers who have been with us through the squad structure who no longer wish to train at a high intensity. They will not be expected to compete but may do so if they wish |

| University | Swimmers who have been with us through the squad structure who attend University and live away from home, returning to swim during holiday periods only. The squad in which members train will be agreed between the swimmer and the Head Coach. Swimmers may only train in the Elite squad if they train and compete whilst at University |
