Senior Water Polo sessions are held at Hitchin Indoor Pool 8:30pm every Sunday.

• A fantastic way to keep fit
• Adds strength and stamia to your swimming, espcially if you are Open Water swimmer
• Great opportunity to meet new people
• You just need to be able to swim!
