The Highland Swim Team Committee oversee the day to day management of the programme, made up of volunteers from the HST home clubs. The Executive Management Team includes the Chair, Vice Chair, Secretary and Treasurer, who form a management team for the HST coach. Committee members fulfil various roles within their home club and HST. Committee meetings are held online and the programme is keen to involve other parents and volunteers within the running of the club.
