Matthew heads off to Turkey at the start of the week and will be representing the Down Syndrome Swimming GB Team at the 11th World Down Syndrome Swimming and Artistic Championships which will take place in Antalya, Turkey from 19-26th March 2024. A state of the art facility was built which includes a 50m swimming pool (competition pool) and a separate 25m pool. A number of HST Home Club swimmers took part in the Scottish Schools National Finals on Friday 23rd February 2024. A huge achievement for all the swimmers who made the finals. Swimmers from the Home Clubs of Inverness, Tain, Lochaber, Wick and Thurso took part as well as Katelin who is a member of Dingwall Amateur Swimming Club.
