September 2022
ONB were thrilled to stage a one day County Pathway Programme camp on Saturday 3rd September 2022 for those swimmers who qualified in 2022. Congratulations to all swimmers. The swimmers enjoyed a day of swim coaching, land and pool work. A huge thank you to Chantal Clavaud (Lead TM) who stepped forward to organise the camp, Hannah Wilson (County Team Coach) who lead the camp and to their team of fellow coaches from across ONB: Justin, Bethany, Marie, Neil and Louise for supporting this day. Following the Revised Swim England County Development Programme detailed here , ONB have selected 23 swimmers to take part in the County Development Programme for 2022. We will look to offer these swimmers (clubs have been notified of swimmer selection) a face-to-face camp and 2 x 1.5hr online education programme by early September 2022. Zoom inviotes for the online development sessions have been sent, via clubs, to selected swimmers and all 11 year old County qualifiers from the 2022 Championships, and para swimmers. Swimmers are invited to attend both sessions; each session will last about 1 hour and 30 minutes. The aim of the sessions are to provide education to a wider cohort of our athletes, whilst also being inclusive of para-swimmers.
Online sessions took place on Sat 16th July AND Sat 30th July from 6-7.30pm, presented by Noel Horton.

ONB County Pathway Programme in Partnership with Swim England (South East) 2021
ONB were thrilled to stage 2, one day County Pathway Programme camps for those swimmers who missed out on the camp in 2020 and swimmers who qualified in 2021. Congratulations to all swimmers. A huge thank you to Noel Horton (County Head Coach) and his team of fellow coaches from cross ONB - Chantal, Hannah, Joe, David, Sophie & Emily - for giving up their time and support and develop our swimmers.
