Saturday 14th and Sunday 15th February: Aqua vale - Main championships
Saturday 4th July: Aqua Vale - Age group and mixed relays. NEW! 100m IM 
                                This Gala will be separately licenced and information and qualifying times for the 100m Individual Medley event will sent out in due course (qualifying period for the event is 1st September 2025 to 30th April 2026).

Entry System:

Times to be achieved between (inclusive):
50m, 100m, 200m and 400m events: 17th February 2025 and 1st December 2025
800m and 1500m events: 1st January 2025 and 1st December 2025

Closing date for entries is 3rd December 2025 (midnight).
For the qualification times provided, South East region rankings have been used for the calculations. The time period used was 1st January to 30th June 2025 short course. The 8th ranking for each age group was used as the base with percentages applied to age groups to calculate accepted and then considered times. Percentages used are consistent across genders. These times have been reviewed and approved by a team of head coaches across the county.
 
Swimmers achieving:
 
Accepted times are automatically accepted into the Championships for that event.
Considered times will need to wait for the accepted entries to be released in December to see if accepted into Championships for that event. There will be scratches.
 
Time Trial times are not permitted. Times must be achieved in licensed Level 1-4 meets.
