The Somerset ASA Short Course Event 2023 (Relays & 100IM) took place on Sunday, 15^th October at Millfield with 31 Team Bath AS swimmers and 12 Somerset Clubs competing. 

It was a busy event with some great 100IM swims and the noise and cheers from supporting clubs and spectators created a fantastic atmosphere for the exciting racing. 

Congratulations to the following Team Bath AS swimmers for their notable individual 100IM performances:

Gold- Rue Fowler (Girls 18 and over), 

Silver- Annabelle Godson (Girls 12-year-old)

Bronze- Louis Clark (Boys 12-year-old) and Aimee Watts (Girls 16-year-old)

Rue was again the fastest female in the pool after winning this event earlier in the year (Jan 2023) achieving the Swim England National qualifying time in the event.
