Training Changes:

DECEMBER 2025 - 

• Friday 12^th December – LIMITED TRAINING
  • ​CoB Level 3 Meet at Hengrove
  • NY/RY - No AM Session
  • National Youth / Regional Youth / Regional Age Not Racing the 800/1500 - Training @5-6:30pm
  • No Training for County Youth / County Age / Skill Development / Platinum Academy

• Saturday 13^th December – NO TRAINING FOR ALL SQUADS
  • CoB Level 3 Meet at Hengrove

• Sunday 14^th December –​ LIMITED TRAINING
  • ​CoB Level 3 Meet at Hengrove
  • No Training for Academy / Skill Dev / County Age / County Youth
  • Club - Training @Keynsham Leisure Centre 2-3pm
  • Masters - Training @Keynsham Leisure Centre 2-3pm

• Monday 15^th December –
  • NY/RY – No AM Session
  • National Youth / Regional Youth / Regional Age will change post training 5-7pm and complete a post-pool group stretch in the Sports Hall 7:10-7:30pm (there will be no Land Training)

• Monday 22^nd December – Sunday 4^th January
