SAST Parents Etiquette

The club recently attended the North Ayrshire meets at the end of August, where they were handing out sheets outlining 'Parents Etiquette'.

They have been kind enough to allow us to "SAST" it up (they also 'borrowed' it from Leeds Swimming Club) and we wanted to share it with you all.

We feel it is a simple and effective way of supporting all parents through the challenges of being a 'swim parent'.

The points outlined give you a guide on how best to support your swimmers journey through the sport, as what is most important is their own enjoyment within the sport - which you play a massive part in!
