Teachers wanted at Sutton and Cheam
We are seeking a Passionate and Dedicated swimming teacher to join our competitive club's learn to compete programme. At Sutton and Cheam Academy, we nurture young swimmers, fostering their passion for swimming and preparing them for our competitive programme. Our engaging and enjoyable sessions encourage kids to maximise their potential while enjoying the sport. Our structured teaching programme runs at Sutton high Monday to Thursday from 18:00-19:10 and Sunday (09:00 - 11:20) where we run 2 lessons. Our first group (which starts at 18:00) does less distance focusing on stroke improvement and building confidence to swim longer distances. Our second group (which starts at 18:30) focuses on stroke refinement doing a lot more lengths in hope to swim in our competitive programme.
As a swimming teacher, you will be responsible for providing high-quality and structured lessons to aspiring young swimmers and create a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages swimmers to develop their abilities and reach their full potential.
