Welfare (non-committee role)

The Welfare team is essential in providing a first point of contact for children, parents and adults within the club who have a child safeguarding or welfare concern. The team are focussed on implementing Wavepower, Swim England’s Child Safeguarding Policy and Procedures document. Members of the team regularly attend committee meetings but their votes do not count towards decision making. Open Meets & Gala Coordinators (non-committee role)

The Open Meets and Gala Coordinators enter (or withdraw) swimmers from Open Meets and Galas and ensure that we meet the requirements in terms of number of officials or hosting equipment and paperwork.
