WELFARE CONTACTS

The Welfare & Safeguarding within our club is considered as everyone’s responsibility and as such we aim to create the safest environment within which every swimmer has the chance to achieve their goals.

We will ensure that all members of the club are listened too & that appropriate action is taken.

We’re striving to form working relationships between parents, swimmers & volunteers.

Our aim is to resolve any issues & maintain our family friendly club atmosphere.

Our welfare policies aim to ensure that:

All swimmers are safe & protected from harm
All swimmers feel safe & healthy
Swimmers, Coaches, Parents & Volunteers are aware of the expected behaviour as set out in our Code of Conducts.

If you would like to know more about Safeguarding then please visit Wavepower 2016-19: The Swim England Child Safeguarding Policy & Procedures.

Please feel free to contact our Welfare Officer - Dan Joines 07907001931 or [email protected] with any questions you may have on poolside
