Notice is hereby given that the 49th Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 27th November, commencing at 7.00pm, in the gym classroom at the rear end of the pool.

 

All members aged 16 years or older are eligible to attend and to vote. A proposal form for the executive officers and committee is given below. Nominations will only be accepted from the floor in respect for any position or positions for whom insufficient written nominations have been received. 

 

The committee wishes to remind everyone that persons elected to the committee are expected to take an active part in the running of the club.
