Team Bath AS is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Development Coach to support our swimmers located at Dragonfly Leisure Midsomer Norton. We welcome applications from Swim England Swimming Coaches, ASA/UKCC Level 2 or above. 

This is a self-employed, part-time role starting in September 2025 or an immediate start for the right candidate. Based at Dragonfly Leisure Centre in Midsomer Norton, the successful candidate will deliver engaging, high-quality sessions that develop technique, confidence, and performance in younger swimmers. The job description/person specification can be viewed here, and salary details can be provided on request.

Team Bath AS is a Swim England-affiliated club at the University of Bath. We operate independently from Team Bath Tribe, the University of Bath Swimming Club, and the Aquatics GB Bath Performance Centre, while maintaining a shared commitment to the highest standards in the sport.
