All 50m, 100m and 200m events (no 100IM) Age Groups 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14 & 15+ (age at 16th October 2022)

| A huge thank you to all the Clubs that supported our Rising Stars on Sunday and to everyone for their patience with the lack of 'fit for purpose' timing and starting equipment, both of which belong to The Spa. As I'm sure you are aware these issues were out of our control on the day. |

| Notwithstanding this we hope your swimmers enjoyed the day and that PBs were aplenty! A great big thank you goes to all the Officials that gave up their time and the army of Beckenham SC volunteers, without whom the gala would not have been possible!
Lastly thank you to Ellen & Hayley who did a marvellous job of keeping everything running to plan!

| A huge thank you to all the Clubs that are supporting our Rising Stars 2018 meet. We are really looking forward to welcoming you and to celebrate our 125th Anniversary! Ellen Kokkini and Hayley Williamson will be running the Gala on the day itself and will be giving out a few celebratory spot prizes so keep your eyes peeled! |

Confirmed Timings
Session 1 - Sign In Closes 8.30am, Warm Up 8.30am, Start 9.35am
Session 2 - Sign In Closes 12.30pm, Warm Up 12.30pm, Start 1.35pm
Sign In
For the morning Session, this will be located in the Buzz-zone and will be open from 7.30am. The afternoon Session sign in will be in the main foyer of The Spa itself and will open from 10am until closing at 12.30pm.
Time Trials
Thank you to those swimmers who have requested time trials. We will now not be accepting any more requests for time trials .
Urgent Request for Officials
Thank you to all those who have already volunteered to officiate on Sunday. However, we are still short of officials to uphold our licensing requirements on the day. Please can you send out another request to your clubs for more officials to help out on the day and advise David Ziwa of the details ASAP.
The Spa
Please note that there will be limited seating and refreshments available throughout the gala. The Spa informed us this week that they will be completely refurbishing the Cafeteria and as such there will be no refreshments or seating available in this area as in the past. This is a truly regrettable situation but one which was completely out of our control.
Our amazing gala volunteers will be staffing a 'tuck shop' on the day itself from gallery on poolside but please be advised this will be a very limited service.
Parking at The Spa
The limit on parking at The Spa is normally 4 hours. Bromley Council have granted our request that anyone who buys a 4-hour ticket will be able to park all day. This will NOT apply to a ticket that is bought via Ring-go.
Coach packs / Poolside Passes
All coach packs will be available from the Medals table just above poolside. Anyone who has not applied & paid for a Poolside Pass will not be allowed on poolside.
Spectator Entry
Spectator Entry will be by colour-coded wristbands. Entry fees are £4 per session / £6 per day. If only attending the morning session £6 will be charged, however, on return of your wristband and before the start of the afternoon session a £2 refund will be given. Children under the age of 10 will gain entry for free.
Programmes
These will be available to buy at a cost of £2.

Please find below a link to the
Accepted Entries for this year's Competition. I would appreciate it if you could please check for any errors and get back to me no later than Wednesday 7th November - changes will not be made on the day of the Competition itself.

Time Trials
If any existing swimmers have since qualified for more events and would like to compete we are able to offer them the chance on a Time Trial basis only (the time would be licensed but the swimmer would not be eligible for medals or placings).
These time trials will be at a cost of £7 per event and we will only be accepting these requests until Friday 9th November. Note these entries will NOT appear in the programme. No time trials requested after 9th November (or on the day of the competition itself) will be permitted.
