Who We Are

Watford Swimming Club aims to promote competitive swimming in Watford and the surrounding area. We create an atmosphere where all swimmers can enjoy swimming, experience the fun of competition and reach their full potential. Our swimmers compete in a range of competitions, from Club, County, Regional, National levels. We also run an open water swimming squad and a Masters squad.

The club maintains an ethos where members will find swimming an enjoyable and sociable experience. As a result, all members are likely to find friends for life. As well as the swimming side of the club there is a great social side.

Watford Swimming Club offers its members, volunteers and coaching team a positive environment. We promote commitment and dedication in a constructive atmosphere, with a focus on having fun.

As a club we look to develop young talented swimmers through our squad system that allows swimmers to fulfil their potential in the sport.
