Lorraine Reader is WSC's Welfare Officer

WSC is committed to providing a safe and enjoyable environment for all its members.

The role of the Welfare Officer provides a first point of contact for children and adults within the club who have a child safeguarding or welfare concern. They also promote the importance of Wavepower - Swim England’s Safeguarding Policy. This ensures that all coaches, swimmers, parents and volunteers are fully aware of the duty of care that we ALL have to our members.
