Leading the charge was Matt Aldred who bagged a hatrick of medals, taking home gold in 50 fly and 100 fly adding a bronze in 200 fly. Karson Chan collected two medals taking an impressive gold in 50m breaststroke and bronze in the 100m breaststroke. Cailin Hehir took silver in the 1500m freestyle. Bronze medals went to Ben Taggart in the 50m breaststroke, Constantine Calliafas in the 800m freestyle and Will Rogers in the 50m backstroke

A club spokesperson said: “All of our 27 swimmers did tremendously well to qualify for the East Regional Championships. The competition was extremely tough this year so the club is delighted to return home with 9 medals and a high number of personal best times.”
