Teachers and coaches at Team Waveney have a range of experience in swimming and are all dedicated to support the club and its swimmers development.

Their continual support poolside is part of what makes the club what it is today. The team of teachers, coaches and helpers help run the different squads the club has to offer from teaching the younger members in the Academy to progressing and coaching the more competitive squads.

The club is also keen to develop their senior swimmers into teachers and coaches.
