As part of the national swimming talent pathway we have had a number of swimmers over the past few seasons who have been part of the Swim England Development Programme. The progression through the programmes looks as follows:

County Development Programme
Regional Development Programme
National Age Group Development Programme
National Youth Development Programme
DiSE Programme
SE Youth Performance Squad
SE Senior Performance Squad

We have also represented England both in the pool and at open water competitions.
