MEMBERSHIP FEES

We are a volunteer club of swimmers and their parents and must hire all of the pools we train in and pay for on a monthly basis. Fees are also charged by Swim Ireland for insurance and registration. We  charge the minimum amount possible to cover the costs of each squad with the excess running costs of the club sought to be covered by hosting our annual gala.

Fees are charged to swimmers based on the training hours of their squad for the year. Pools must be booked for the year based on the maximum amount of swimmers so refunds or reductions in cases of absence are not possible. Swimming fees are collected monthy via Team Unify. There is no option for swimming clubs to charge members 'pay as you go' as pool hire and coaching costs are fixed!. 

Gala fees as they arise are required to be paid in advance by each gala organizer. The club will manage this in a bulk payment for each gala for all swimmers.

Unfortunately gala organizers do not issue refunds if swimmers do not attend. 

SWIM Ireland registration

Each Swimmer will pay a Swim Ireland Registration Fee in September or upon joining the Club. 

Billing

All training costs and gala entry fees are charged to members through the club's Team Unify system. As we are a voluntary club we kindly ask everyone to set their account to automatically allow fees to be charged to your credit or debit card. You can access your account online or though the 'OnDeck' app on your mobile device whenever suits you.

For your convenience, we recommend adding an electronic form of payment to your ESB Swimming Club account to automatically pay your account fees. Please log onto our website using your email and password to add or update your electronic payment methods  here.
