NUEL National Qualifier

Two long 12-hour days at the London Aquatic Centre saw 34 Ojay’s swimmers competing in the NUEL Long Course National Qualifier against some of the region’s best swimmers. In 130 individual events there were 60 personal bests which included 17 regional consideration times with one in every five of our entries achieving a top 6 finish that included 2 silvers (Ellie and Samantha) and 5 bronzes (Aaron, Blyth, Daisy(2), and George). Congratulations also to Abigail and Fotios whose efforts saw them join the group of 21 swimmers who have entry times for this year’s Summer Regional Championships.

Ellies 1500m Freestyle time of 18:39.03 has ranked her 13th at present for the British Championships

Daisy's 50m Freestyle time of 29.09 has ranked her 15th at present for the English Championships

Caitlin's 1500m Freestyle time of 19:25.87 has ranked her 10th at present for English Championships
