Consideration Criteria
100m Front Crawl / Freestyle (4 lengths)
100m Backstroke (4 lengths)
50m Breastroke (2 lengths)
25m Butterfly (1 length)
Tumble-Turns (or Roly-Poly at the end of the lane)
Push and glide on front and back
