Notice of Swan Annual General Meeting 2025
You are hereby notified that the Norwich Swan Swimming Club AGM will be held on:
Date: Wednesday 19th November 2025
Location: Hewett Primary Academy - Classroom in the pool building
Time: 6.30pm
The main task of the meeting is to receive the financial accounts and elect the committee for the following year. These roles are critical to the running of the club.
We will also be reviewing the club business structure.
The committee stand down at the AGM and then all posts are available however the following committee members have indicated they are willing to stand for another term:
Club Chairperson
Treasurer
Club Secretary/ Disability Officer
Gala/Competitions Secretary & SwimMark Officer
FONS Representative/Fundraising Officer
Membership Secretary
Officials Co-ordinator
Parent Member
Welfare Officer (no voting rights)
Deputy Welfare Officer (no voting rights)
If anyone wishes to submit a nomination for any of the Committee posts inlcuding those listed above then they may do so, by completing a nomination form.
If you have any relevant skills or experience which you think would benefit our club, please do consider volunteering your time and expertise. We would like all members to be active on the Committee not just come to the meetings! Get in touch to discuss further.
The deadline to return nomination forms to the Club Secretary, Ann Byrne is Friday 31st October 2025. These can be downloaded below.
