Free Trial:
If you are thinking of joining us, please take advantage of our free trail session. During The trial you will get to meet and chat with the coaches and other swimmers, ask questions and understand more about the club. It will also allow our Coaching Team to initially assess how best we can help you develop your swimming with us and which squad would be most suitable.

Swim England and Club Membership:
To join us at Wells SC you will need to become a member of Swim England and Wells SC. Simply click on the Membership link below. You will then be directed through our on-line registration process.
- If you are a parent or guardian please set up the account in your name and then add your child as a member where instructed.
- If you are a Masters swimmer please set up an account in your name and add yourself as a member where instructed.
Each Squad has different monthly squad fees in addition to the annual membership. Please see the 'Our Squads' area for a breakdown of fees for each squad.
Membership Types
There are five categories of membership which each cover membership to the Wells SC and also Swim England membership and insurance. You should know which one you require before you start one of the registration processes above.
- NON-COMPETITIVE - £23 per year
This is for swimmers who do not wish to compete in Open Meets with the Club at this time. It will still allow you to enter Team Galas. It also includes your necessary 'Swim England Category 1' membership and insurance.
- COMPETITIVE - £48 per year
This is for swimmers who wish to also compete in Licensed Open Meets with the Club. It also includes your necessary 'Swim England Category 2' membership and insurance.
- VOLUNTEER/COACH - Free
This is for members who do not swim but offer valuable assistance to the Club either as Coaches, Committee members, Swimming Officials or Volunteers.
- JOINING FROM ANOTHER CLUB - £10
This is for members who are transferring to Wells from another swimming club and already have a valid Swim England membership for the year.
- UPGRADE MEMBERSHIP - £25
This is for members who wish to upgrade for 'Non-Competitive' membership to 'Competitive' membership. This is usually in order that a member can compete in Licensed Swim England Open Meets.
