Somerset ASA Young Volunteer of the Year (Bronze Award) For Macy!

We are incredibly proud to share that Wells Swimming Club, Swimmer, Poolside Assistant and Volunteer has been awarded the Bronze Award in the Somerset ASA 2025 Young Volunteer Awards!

At just 15, Macy has already made a remarkable impact on Wells SC and the wider Somerset swimming community.

From supporting our junior swimmers poolside several times a week, to helping nervous first-timers find their confidence, Macy brings positivity, maturity and kindness to everything she does. She is a role model to our younger swimmers and a valued part of our coaching team.

Macy goes above and beyond -creating social media content for the club, volunteering at Somerset County events (and even stepping in to help other clubs when needed!), and always offering her time with a smile.

Her passion for the sport, her leadership, and her commitment to helping others shine, truly embodies what this award is all about.

We are so proud of Macy, Thank you for everything you bring to Wells - now, and in the future as you continue your coaching journey.
