Bill first became involved in swimming when his eldest daughter began with Hillingdon SC more than 15 years ago. Through this, he acquired his Level 1 Teaching qualification and assisted on poolside for 9 years with former RNSS Head Coach Lesley Westerndorp. Bill believes that with great technique and hard work, all swimmers can perform to a high level and gets a real enjoyment from seeing the swimmers develop what they have learnt and move on to the next level.
