We are finally unveiling the names of the new groups we created last month. The new names for the groups will be: White (this will be a new group for those joining the club at an earlier stage of their development but won't be in use until October) Purple (group 1) Blue (group 2) Orange (group 3) Grey (group 4) Gold (group 5) All swimmers have been moved into these new groups on our TeamUnify platform (the back office part of the website) and the template timetable has also been...

It's now 5 weeks since our recent (and hopefully last) restart and it's been a really positive 5 weeks. It's been great to see our swimmers back in the water again and there is a real buzz about training sessions again which is great to see. There are number of new faces around, with Tammy now working with us on a permanent basis helping out with the coaching of our senior group and new swimmers across the groups. In fact we've picked up so many new swimmers we now have...

Since the update in February there have been positive stories in the news about the impact of the vacine programme and the government has set out it's roadmap for lifiting restrictions. With schools opening again from Monday starting the process of the gradual lifting of restrictions, it seems a good time to update you all again on where the club is. As you will be aware the government has announced that leiure centres and organised indoor activity for under 18's, will hopefully resume from 12th April. While this date is...

Credits for January's training fees have now been applied to people's accounts. If you would like to confirm you have been credited for January's training fee payment, log in to the website, go to the 'payments schedule' tab in the My Account section and click on the 'view account invoices' button (see attached image). Credits are listed as a minus figure on your account balance (eg -£45.00). As previously stated, the credits only cover the monthly training fee, not the annual membership fee. If you have a question about your...

As we come out of the coldest month and the days start to get longer, it felt like a good time just to give everybody a quick update. As you will know, there is still no news on how or when restrictions will be lifted but we look forward to the government update on 22nd February which may give some early indications on when we are likley to return. As previously stated, the billing system has now been turned off, with no fees being charged until we have a timetable...

No fees will be charged in February. The automated billing system has been switched off and will not be turned back on until restrictions are lifted and we have a timetable for a return to the pool. This means no payments will be taken until further notice. During this continued lockdown period the club is going to have no income at a time when we were hoping to improve the financial position of the club. We are therefore kindly asking people to take a few minutes to look over our...

Following the government’s latest announcement, it is clear that the club will be unable to resume training as planned on the 8th January. January's fees will be taken as usual because it is again too late to stop the payment request from being sent. Your January payment is made up of 2 seperate payments, first the usual monthly training fee and secondly the annual membership fee due at the start of each year. The annual membership covers the entire year and includes the Swim England registration fee, which we pay...

Don't forget to let us know your choice for what we do with your fees from this month. You can either view it as a donation to the club or request that we use it as a credit against your fees for next month when we expect to be back in the pool. Our plan, subject to further government announcements, is to resume swimming in December. Anyone who has requested a credit for December will not be charged for next month while those who have not done so will be...

Due to the national lockdown being put in place from Thursday 5th November, all training sessions in November after then are now cancelled. Tonight's Morden session for the A & B Development group is going ahead as normal. This was extremely disappointing news, especially for all our swimmers who have only recently returned to the pool after so long away from it. The club will use the time to push on with it's development plans, just as we did last time and we will be keeping in touch during this...
