Lifesaving, Diving and Intro to Deep Water for stage 4-6 Swimmers

On Sunday 2nd November we are running some lessons at Norwich High School for Girls (NHSG) pool for swimmers who are already enrolled in weekly lessons with us and working on stages 4-6.  This is a venue with deeper water and so will enable us to cover elements required to pass stages 4, 5 and 6.

Sunday 2nd November with Rebekka Gill

3.00pm - Intro to deep water*, stages 4-6, for those who want to gain confidence in deep water (30mins) - £7.75 

3.30pm - Lifesaving & Personal Survival: part of stage 6 but open to stage 4-6 swimmers (60 mins) -  FREE 

4.30pm - Introduction to Diving: basic diving course, stages 4-6 (30 mins) - £7.75 

For lifesaving lessons you will need to bring some lightweight clothing to swim in eg. a pair of pyjamas or a T-shirt and shorts worn over your swimwear.
