Sarah's outstanding swims at Nationals

A solid couple of swims for Sarah at Swim England Winter Nationals this weekend! 🦈💪

🏊‍♀️ 100m Backstroke – 1:03.24
A strong swim overall, producing a 0.3 PB and a new club record 👏 There were plenty of encouraging signs, with more definitely still in the tank moving forward.

🏊‍♀️ 50m Backstroke – 29.72
Just 0.3 outside her PB, with a few technical and skill-based details identified that can be sharpened up as we move into the next phase.
Plenty of positives to take away, clear areas to build on, and another valuable national-level experience under the belt.
