π Events & Age Groups
- 50m, 100m, 200m in all strokes, plus 400m Free and 400m IM.
- All events are heat-declared winners.
- Age groups: 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & Over (as at 31st Dec 2025).
- Medals awarded for top 3 in each event/age group.
- Fun Halloween-themed prizes and spot awards!

- Entry Fee: Β£8.00 per event.
- Club entries via SportSystems Entry File only - The file will be available 24th August 2025.
- Indivdual entries accepted - Please see Meet pack for full details
- Upper limit times apply β see Meet pack.
- Closing date: 04/10/2025 or when full (first come, first served).
- Poolside passes: Β£10 per day (without food) Β£15 per day (with food) or Β£20 (without food) Β£28 (with food) for the weekend. Accreditation: Swim England DBS, Safeguarding, qualification check needed. Instructions please click here

- Level 3 Licensed Meet (Licence No: 3EM251475).
- Two sessions each day - Afternoon/Evening Saturday, Morning/Afternoon Sunday.
- Operated under Swim England Laws and Regulations.
- All clubs with 10 or more swimmers are expected to provide a minimum of three licensed officials per session.
- Nut-free venue β please do not bring nut products.
- Disability swimmers welcome with appropriate classifications.
