π― Events & Age Groups
- 50m, 100m, 200m in all strokes, plus 400m Free, 400m IM, 800m Free, and 1500m Free.
- All events are heat-declared winners.
- Age groups: 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15 & Over (as at 31st Dec 2026).
- Medals awarded for top 3 in each event/age group.
- Events contribute to Regional Qualifying times.

- Entry Fee: Β£8.00 per event.
- Club entries via SportSystems Entry File only.

- Upper and lower limit times apply β see Meet pack.
- Closing date: 15/03/2026 or when full (first come, first served).
- Poolside passes: Β£15 per day or Β£25 for the weekend. Accreditation: Swim England DBS, Safeguarding, qualification check required. Instructions please click here

- Level 3 Licensed Meet (Licence No: 3EM260321).
- Two sessions each day β Afternoon/Evening Saturday, Morning/Afternoon Sunday.
- Operated under Swim England Laws and Regulations.
- All clubs with 10 or more swimmers are expected to provide a minimum of three licensed officials per session.
- Nut-free venue β please do not bring nut products.
- Disability swimmers welcome with appropriate classifications.
