Rules & Policies

Bicester Blue Fins is committed to the welfare of all our members and fully adheres to Swim England's Wavepower safeguarding policies and procedures.

Ensuring a safe, happy, and fun environment for our swimmers is at the heart of everything we do. Wavepower provides essential guidance to help protect children and young people as they learn, develop, and enjoy the sport.

Safeguarding is a shared responsibility—every coach, volunteer, swimmer and parent plays a role in maintaining a safe and supportive club environment.

Our club Welfare Officers are Beverley Merry and James Bremner and can be conatcted via [email protected]

Wavepower outlines best practices and mandatory requirements for everyone involved in our club.
