As a Swim England affiliated club, our policies help ensure a safe, supportive, and well-run environment for all members. They set out clear standards for behaviour, safeguarding, and club operations in line with national guidelines.
Wavepower
Wavepower is Swim England’s safeguarding policy to help keep children safe in swimming. It ensures our clubs provide a safe, positive, supportive and enjoyable environment for all young swimmers, in line with the latest laws and guidance.
Swim England Handbook 2025
Swim England Handbook is the official governance manual for Tewkesbury Swimming Club. It outlines the rules, procedures, and structure of how the club is run and managed.
Codes Of Conduct
The Codes Of Conduct set out the relationship between the club and its members, how members should behave which participating in TSC activities and how they can expect to be treated in return. As part of the annual renewal process each January, all members will be asked to reconfirm their agreement.
