City of St Albans (CoStA) Swimming Club is a competitive swimming club based in Hertfordshire. The club is affiliated to Swim England and is accredited by Swimmark. The club runs several squads who train 50 weeks a year, from our pre-competitive Pre-Club through to our performance squads. We also have a very active and thriving Masters section. 

CoStA swimmers compete on a regular basis at National, Regional and County levels and also take part in local meets held throughout Hertfordshire and beyond. The club competes in the highly regarded London Premier Division of The National Arena Swimming League, Division One of the Hertfordshire Major League and has two teams competing in Division One of the Hertfordshire Peanuts League. Many of our swimmers have gone on to elite performance swimming programmes within higher education both in the UK and internationally. We also hold 4 annual open meets at our home pool at Westminster Lodge, St Albans 

The club trains at 25m and 50m pools within the local area including Westminster Lodge, St Albans School, St Albans High School, Nuffield Health, Townsend School and Inspire, Luton.
